Witness to the Rights of Your Chakra System

And so, we come to the ultimate day of 2024, a time to witness your own energy system. Integrating chakra work, which is really energy work, into your everyday life is simple.

Witness is a place in your psyche from which you can observe the events of your life not as if you are living it, but as if you are watching it on a movie screen. It’s completely impersonal, and does not feel what you felt/feel/will feel about any event or experience.

The purpose of witness consciousness is the freedom to see events without the feelings so that we can test the truths of our memories. Often, people who arrive in witness see events in entirely freeing ways once they have the chance to witness them.

I am about to enter a phase of Deep Witness, wherein I withdraw from much of the outer activity in life which is customary to my days.

I’ve received guidance to start an entirely different venue for musings such as this one, and I need silence and stillness to discern the ideal way to begin it.

Once I know, I promise to let you know in these pages.

For the moment, I anticipate that I will go silent and deep for the month of January 2025. You will hear from me after that.

In the meantime, however, allow me to remind you that chakra work needn’t be onerous or time-consuming. It needs simply to be consistent. One way to do that is to work with the Rights Your Chakras Give You. They are:

To be here & thrive, to feel, to act, to love & be loved, to speak & hear truth, to see, to know, and to serve.

Consider a situation wherein you feel stuck. From these eight choices, which one do you sense might be a path to resolving it? Consider the personal details, and ask: What would I need to be here and thrive? Or, to feel? To act? You get my meaning.

As you know from the diagram above, these are listed in order from One to Eight.

Another way … spoiler alert: shameless self-promotion to follow … is to begin to work through one of my eight chakra workbooks. I recommend starting with the chakra that’s hardest for you.

Between the less/MORES and working through each chakra workbook — yes, analog* — you’re set with enough chakra practices for January 2025. The more ways you can become familiar with these practices, the better. In a way, they’re like energetic back-up plans.

*Unless you’re in a territory where you cannot get a print copy. Then write to me here to purchase a digital one.

A Blessèd 2025, one and all.
