I know, I know, it’s midterm elections in the U.S. and the electorate — those who remain interested in the outcomes — is swinging from emotional chandelier to chandelier. So I decided to light a candle in every color of the rainbow for our political health.

Wherever your fear has lodged in your own energy system, take some time today to find it and release it, Beloved.

If it’s in your Root Chakra, you’ll feel like life as you know it is ending.

If it’s in your Sacral Chakra, you’ll feel like passion has died.

If it’s in your Solar Chakra, you’ll feel powerless to make changes.

If it’s in your Heart Chakra, you’ll feel hopeless.

If it’s in your Throat Chakra, you’ll feel like you want to scream or withdraw.

If it’s in your Brow Chakra, you’ll feel like you’re seeing disaster.

If it’s in your Crown Chakra, you’ll feel abandoned by the Divine.

And then, oh yes, then there is the mythic eighth chakra, a rosy pink, meant to give you immunity in all scenarios. Make that one a pillar of a candle why don’t you? Keep it lit where you can see it all day.

It ought to remind you that everything changes, nothing stays the same, and you’re safe here no matter what happens outside you.
