Chakras & The In-Betweens: Red>RedOrange>Orange
I’ve been working with the chakra system for more than forty years, and I assure you that the most important thing about the chakras is that they are a system. They’re meant to work together as a system.
One of the major areas of differing chakra theories, once we’ve divided and conquered them, so to speak, is what happens between each chakra.
Remember the color list? Here it is again:
Red>RedOrange>Orange>OrangeYellow>Yellow>YellowGreen>Green>GreenTurquoise>Turquoise>TurquoiseIndigo>Indigo>IndigoViolet>Violet>VioletRose>Rose>RoseRed
So today we start at the bottom with the First Red Root Chakra. Its Grace is Life. The principle “negative” emotion connected here is Fear.
The next chakra is the Second Orange Sacral Chakra. Its Grace is Passion. The principle “negative” emotion connected here is Guilt.
Let’s use the Polarity Principle to put some connections in place, shall we?
The opposite of Life is Death. The opposite of Passion is Indifference.
Embracing the Grace of Life instantly lifts us away from Death itself, but not from the Fear of Death. The opposite of Fear is Courage.
Facing our Fear of Death with Courage lifts us into the Grace of Passion.
The opposite of Passion is Indifference. The opposite of Guilt is Innocence.
Embracing the Grace of Passion instantly lifts us away from Indifference, but not from the Guilt over Indifference.
Facing our Guilt over Indifference lifts us into the next chakra grace.
The process of dealing with our Fear of Death happens between the First Red Root Chakra and the Second Orange Sacral Chakra in RedOrange.
Monday, we’ll pick up and climb the rest of the chakra caduceus.
