Chakras & The Chakra Equation

OOPS. I realized this morning that I mistitled yesterday’s post. Mea culpa.

There are eight major chakras that form the basis of the human energy system. Seven of them sit as 3D spheres in front of the spine and trace the colors of the rainbow from Red to Violet. The 8th chakra is Rose and is located in front of the thymus gland outside the body.

Below is the chart/cheat sheet I created as a reminder of how to work with each chakra. Its components are listed below.

A Chakra equation gives you all the salient details about each chakra in one fell swoop.

It is the sentence structure of columns five, six, seven, and eight on the triptych is — I receive [the grace of] ________ so I give [the gift of] ________ for [because I choose or why] ________ by [through or how] ________.

Hence, the short version:

I receive life so I give belonging for health by embodying.

Or, the long version:

I receive the grace of life so I give the gift of belonging to all others because I choose health through embodying.

There is a statement for each of the eight chakras. Just fill in the blanks with the words from columns five, six, seven, & eight. For the next week or so, I’ll give you the equations so you can see how they fit together.
