Chakras & Personal Rhythms: The Evens

One of the things that some teachers recommend is slotting tasks and appointments according to the best time of day for whichever chakra is ascendent at the time.

For the next week or so, I want to explore the recommended times, and also make a far more vital point about the human energy system, of which the chakras make up the major share, and the use of our time.

Here is the list of all the optimal chakra times:

8th 4–6 AM DREAM, SILENCE, RECEIVING

7th 6–8 AM MEDITATE, PRAY, SPIRITUAL PASSION

6th 8–10 AM OVERVIEW, PLANNING, SERVICE

5th 10–12 PM COMMUNICATION, CALLS, LETTERS

4th 12–2 PM NETWORK, NOURISH, SHARE

3rd 2–4 PM STUDY, READ, DIGEST, CALCULATIONS

2nd 4–6 PM ERRANDS, EXERCISE

1st 6–8 PM REJUVENATE, PASSION, LOVE, FOOD

8 PM REST

Sun’s rays are strongest in each chakra color as indicated above.

For the next two days, I’m going to split the chakras in a way I usually don’t — by odds, and by evens.

Today we’ll address The Evens: Second Orange Sacral, Fourth Green Heart, Sixth Indigo Brow, and Eighth Rose Thymus.

The Graces of these four chakras are, in order: Passion, Love, Intuition, and Compassion.

These are the Magnetic Chakras which I define as The Draw It To Me. centers. Each one works to create a change in your internal world.

I’m sure you’ve noticed that there are better times for focusing on your sex life than others, or better times for relating, or better times for inner attentiveness, or better times for caring for others.

The real point here is to learn your own rhythms.

A note about rhythms before we part: very few of us pay attention to our internal rhythms. Our world is set up these days so that we don’t have to, and yet, once you tune in, you’ll find that there are rhythms which are utterly natural to you, and others that feel slightly off.

Only you can know what’s right for you, Belovèd.

Blessèd weekend.
