Chakras & How Their Healing Agendas Work Together

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately about Integrity. But not the moral superhero that word has recently come to mean, no, not that at all. I’ve been thinking long and hard about human integrity.

Integrity is connected to our same word as integer — It means wholeness.

Have you ever considered that most of humanity has been conditioned to believe that we are missing essential things in ourselves? It’s a fill-in-the-blank approach to human development.

Well, we say, I don’t know how to do X well. I’m missing that skill. Really? Are you? Or, are you instead in full possession of it — except that you don’t know it? Or, you’re the last to know.

What if we all learned a new skill? How to work with the human energy system to reveal our inherent wholeness, our integrity? What a world that would create!

Remember, please, that the eight major chakras comprise a system, and it’s the chakra system that’s vital, not just each individual component of it. That said, let’s explore the first four chakras.

Let’s start with the First Red Root Chakra. Remember, this is the Survival Chakra. It’s about having what you need when you need it. Food, clothing, shelter, air, water.

Let’s explore the Second Orange Sacral Chakra. Remember, this is the Passions Chakra. It’s about lighting you up from the inside-out, huge creativity, sensuality, sexuality, and enthusiasm for all that you are and all that life is.

Let’s explore the Third Yellow Solar Chakra. Remember, this is the Power Chakra. It’s about being the authority in your own life, and on your own life, for all that you are and all that life is. It covers the use of Free Will and growth and expansiveness in all arenas.

Let’s move on to the Fourth Green Heart Chakra. Remember, this is the Personal Love Chakra. It’s about being the authority on your choices in loving in your own life. It includes the notion of circulation. Perhaps a better way to say it is: reciprocity.

Healing Agendas Combined

If the First Red Root Chakra had a healing agenda, it would best expressed as grounding body energies.

If the Second Orange Sacral Chakra had a healing agenda, it would best expressed as allowing emotional energies.

If the Third Yellow Solar Chakra had a healing agenda, it would best expressed as allowing the energies of mind.

If the Fourth Green Heart Chakra had a healing agenda, it would best expressed as allowing the energies of spirit.

First Chakra is body. Second is heart; Third is mind, and Fourth is spirit.
