To aid you on your journey to big, permanent change, meta-change, change that comes from the inside out, may I offer a shameless hussy of a self-promotion?

One of the easiest ways to keep your focus on what you want (rather than what you don’t want) is to set yourself up to do something — anything — to keep it front and center each day.

Otherwise, it’s easy to get distracted by the intensity of the emotions surrounding what you don’t want. Often, they’re stronger than those around what you do want because you don’t yet know all the ins and outs of what you do want. (If you want it, you don’t yet have it, right?)

So, to stay focused on what you’re creating, you might consider a journaling practice of a sort. Here’s where my Energy Integrity Chakra Workbooks come into play.

Each one is focused on one chakra, and each one will take you through that which from the past is in that chakra, that which in the present is in that chakra, and knowing those, you get to program what you’d like to see in the future in that chakra.

Past, present, future. Like reading your own cosmic soul record for real. You could, if it works for you, take one of the lists or stories or picture questions per day.

Let’s take our Violet 7th Chakra example: the Grace of Abundance. On Day One read a section, and make notes to yourself (a digital journal works just like a penmanship one). By the time you get to the first question, you’ll already be swimming in Abundance waters — which is exactly what you wanted!

Consider then, this: What have you learned in the past about Abundance? It’s a list. Make a list. Consider your family of origin, influential people, bosses, coaches, mentors, heroines, the like.

The workbook will give you a daily steeping practice in the Grace of your choice, Beloved.

You can get yours here if you’re connected with Amazon.com, or here if you’re outside the US or the UK. (Amazon doesn’t do POD books outside these territories.)

Meta-change, Beloved, happens with slow, but steady, small steps taken from the inside out. Promise.

And mazel tov! You’re well on your way.
