Chakras & Fears: All Together

It won’t surprise you to learn that there are universal fears in human beings which live in the Collective Unconscious, that hive mind which we all share like it or not.

What is surprising is that there are some lovely ways to respond to those fears when they rise up out of the Unconscious and, for a time, become conscious. Usually this happens in individuals and not in groups.

It is supremely important to remember that this is a system, and is meant, at all times, to work together.

This is why I believe it’s impossible to have a completely blocked chakra. When any part of a circuit that allows you to turn on a lamp is broken, the light for the lamp cannot be lit.

Look at them all together:

FIRST. Fear of inner annihilation
SECOND. Fear of inner rejection
THIRD. Fear of inner loss of control
FOURTH. Fear of inner loneliness
FIFTH. Fear of inner authority
SIXTH. Fear of inner knowledge
SEVENTH. Fear of inner abandonment
EIGHTH. Fear of inner divinity

What’s the most important thing about these fears is that we allow for the fact, yes, I mean the fact, that we all already have these fears — they’re part of being an incarnate human in a patriarchal civilization.

Each one comes with a principle lesson in acceptance. Namely, that your inner [keyword: inner] annihilation, rejection, loss of control, loneliness, authority, knowledge, abandonment, & divinity could hurt you if you agree to any one of them. All of these can also heal you when you accept that they are always possible, IF IMPROBABLE, here.

Think, Belovèd, who you might know who isn’t, at one time or another, afraid of one or more of these fears?

This is why the Graces comes with having chakras. Here they are all in a row: Life, Passion, Power, Love, Creativity, Intuition, Abundance, and Compassion. Once you know own the Graces, you can give the Gifts that come with them to yourself and others. Here they are all in a row: Belonging, Exuberance, Commitment, Connection, Wonder, Guidance, Generosity, and Kindness.

If ever you experience any of these fears rising in your being, the fast way to ease it is to imagine a barber pole. Picture the red, white, and blue swirl. Now, change it into a rainbow, and make it big enough to get in. Then step into your Rainbow Barber Pole. It will ease fear almost instantly.

Next week, we’ll start another dive into a new chakra aspect.

Blessèd weekend.
