Chakras & Exercise: Eighth Rose Thymus
Chakras are the core of the human energy system. Working with these magical, restorative components allows you to heal, grow, and learn from the inside-out. I see them as the Divine Life Force itself viewed as a prism.
For the next few posts, I’m going to address some of the energetic benefits of using energy medicine via specific daily exercises in combination with the chakras. They are based on the chakra work of Alexa Ispas.
The Grace of the Eighth Rose Thymus Chakra is Compassion.
Learning to work consciously with whatever brings out your personal ability to care what others undergo, whether one feels it as an excess — pity, or a disconnected numbness form others, can be enhanced by using these recommended exercises:
As you stretch upon waking, do a quick full-body scan.
Then choose to be Happy and express Gratitude all day.
Then wish Happiness & Gratitude for all the worlds.
At the end of the day, do the same just prior to sleep.
Let’s go over them, one at a time, and I’ll explain.
Everything is vibration; that’s not news. What is news to a lot of folks is that we can learn to use vibration itself to make our lives better. So few of us know how to trust the inherent wisdom of our bodies. Bodies, though, are the coolest information-provider ever! Bodies never lie … because they can’t.
I have been counseling people for more than 40 years, and it still surprises me that so few of us know that Happiness is a choice. And, not dependent upon what is happening. One of the fastest ways to get to Happiness [for no reason] is via Gratitude.
Anyone who has experience in spiritual principles knows that until I wish for you what I want for myself, I can’t have it. Period. No exceptions. If I choose to be Happy and Grateful, then I must want the same for each being.
End of day review prior to sleep is always good for us. It helps us put to bed unfinished business.
These four, done daily will energize and balance your Eighth Rose Thymus Chakra. Try them for 21 days and see what happens.
A healthy Thymus chakra is the foundation for all caring connection in the rest of your system.
Remember, Beloved, the most important thing about the chakras is that they form a system.
They need your attention on integration with one another. This is what will allow you to live in integrity — your own wholeness.
