Chakras, Chakras Everywhere
Color is everywhere in our world. I find it a magic way to see, quite literally.
One of the many things my latest chakra work has prompted is seeking ways to include chakra colors deliberately in life — in a workspace, a bedroom, a kitchen — everywhere, and without drawing undue attention.
I think this is one of the best ways to stay attuned to one’s own energy system. Notice what colors catch your eye all day. (You can start in your own closet.) Those colors that you notice will tell you a lot about how you are, what you need right now, and how to make the changes that turn your life into the directions that you want.
IF we’ll learn to read the signs.
Staying attuned to your chakras and what they’re telling you about you isn’t hard. It’s easy, if not always simple. These whirling databases of our every memory, dream, thought, idea ask only for our attention.
It’s no mistake the phrase is “pay” attention. Attention costs. If I am attending to you, I am not attending to the person next to you. Attention is different from awareness. I can be aware of the second person, but not attentive to them.
Truth? Chakras, and learning to hear, interpret, and heed their messages are the original Self-Care, the kind that the Divine built in to the system.
How could you add something to your line of sight today that would remind you to pay attention to your energy?
(You could use the picture above as a screen saver — just sayin’.)
