Chakra Verticals: Body

There are eight major chakras that form the basis of the human energy system. Seven of them sit as 3D spheres in front of the spine and trace the colors of the rainbow from Red to Violet. The 8th chakra is Rose and is located in front of the thymus gland outside the body.

Below is the chart/cheat sheet I created as a reminder of how to work with each chakra. Its components are listed below.

Now, let us explore the Verticals.

Some of them are simple, like today’s for Body. Others are more complicated, which you’ll see as we go through them.

Today’s Vertical is Body.

This column explains where you’ll find each chakra approximately. Chakras themselves are energetic three-dimension spheres in constant motion. Still, bottom to top, they reside here:

Root, at the perineum, the gonads

Sacral, at the dan tien, lower belly, sacral plexus, the adrenals

Solar, at the diaphragm, the pancreas

Heart, at the physical heart

Throat, at the thyroid and parathyroid glands

Brow, at the third eye, the pituitary gland

Crown, at the top of the head, the pineal gland

Thymus, in front of the sternum, the thymus gland

Knowing these placements is vital so that you may work at the level of energy is so much more efficient than working from outside in. When you source the energetic cause behind whatever is showing up in your life, and change that, the outer form will change. No exceptions.
