Chakra Vertical: Mind

There are eight major chakras that form the basis of the human energy system. Seven of them sit as 3D spheres in front of the spine and trace the colors of the rainbow from Red to Violet. The 8th chakra is Rose and is located in front of the thymus gland outside the body.

Now, let us explore the Verticals.

Today’s Vertical is Mind.

I believe that humans are fourfold beings: Body, Heart, Mind, Spirit. I chose Number to represent Mind because I see it as a symbolic principle. Bottom to top, the Mind Numbers are:

Knowing these chakra aspects is vital so that you may work at the level of energy is so much more efficient than working from outside in. When you source the energetic cause behind whatever is showing up in your life, and change that, the outer form will change. No exceptions.
