Chakra Positives & Negatives
Patreon 3.2.23
I’m of two minds, said the Libra. Well, of course, I am.
Today we switch to considerations of the positive and negative applications of the energies of each chakra. Bear with me for a little review.
Chakras, as I’m sure you know by now, are energy spheres that are located, for the most part, in front of the spine in the center of each human body. They are the Divine Spark of Life Itself viewed through a Prism.
Each one has inherently a Grace, which causes us to have a Gift to give ourselves and others. Both the Grace and the Gift of each chakra can be applied positively or negatively. I’ll get into more about that tomorrow when we start with the Red Root Chakra.
For now, I’m asking you to think about the nature of our reality. For real.
Earth, like it or not, is a planet based on Polarity, or the Paradox/Integration of Opposites. Day/Night. Dark/Light. Black/White, to name just a few.
A lot of living on Earth is learning that Polarity is, and that part of the task here is to learn to thrive within it. The simplest way to do that is by (no mistakes) both a “positive,” read: active thing to do and a “negative,” read: passive thing not to do. Like this,
Let’s use Day/Night. Day happens, right? Night happens, right? In that particular pairing you get no say about whether or if or even when those two things occur. They’re part of the natural world.
Do you ever consider telling Night or Day that they can’t do their thing? Night, not today. Of course you don’t.
So the “negative,” passive thing not to do is resist. Resistance is ultimately futile.
Do you ever tell Day or Night that they have to come right now? Earlier than expected. Of course you don’t.
So the “positive” active thing is to embrace the opposites.
It works for all the Graces and Gifts of each one of the chakras as you will begin to see when we begin anew with the Red Root Chakra.
Have a blessèd day … be the blessing.
