Chakra Integration: By/How

Integrating chakra work, which is really energy work, into your everyday life is simple.

There are eight major chakras that form the basis of the human energy system. Seven of them sit as 3D spheres in front of the spine and trace the colors of the rainbow from Red to Violet. The 8th chakra is Rose and is located in front of the thymus gland outside the body.

Below is the chart/cheat sheet I created as a reminder of how to work with each chakra. Its components are listed below.

If you’ve followed my work in these pages, you know that the most important point about the chakra system is that it’s a system. The eight major chakras are all meant to speak to one another in a never-ending infinity of energetic exchange.

Now that you know the Body, Heart, Mind, and Spirit words for chakra integration, let’s shift to the benefits that attend each one.

I receive … are the words that precede the Graces.

So I give … are the words the precede the Gifts.

For … are the words that answer the question Why.

By … are the words that answer the question How.

The Graces are the intangible blessings inherent in each chakra. The Gifts arise from owning the Graces. The Fors explain why we are given these Graces, and can give these Gifts. The Bys explain how to give these Gifts.

In order, the Graces are: Life, Passion, Power, Love, Creativity, Intuition, Abundance, and Compassion.

In order, the Gifts are: Belonging, Exuberance, Commitment, Connection, Wonder, Guidance, Generosity, and Kindness.

In order, the Fors are: Health, Wealth, Livelihood, Intimacy, Imagination, Purpose, Growth, Vision.

In order, the Bys are: Embodying, Investing, Progressing, Engaging, Expressing, Exploring, Trusting, Serving.

What stymies me most about these blessings is that so few of us understand that they come with incarnation. These are called Graces because they’re included in the basic package of a human being.

These Graces enable us to give the Gifts — to ourselves, and to others.

These Fors show us what’s in the pot of gold at the end of our own rainbow souls.

These Bys show us how to use these Gifts and Grace, and the results when we do.

There are no exceptions. We all have these blessings, and we can all give these gifts. Now, do we all know this? No. But the more of us who do learn quickly that we can use them for ourselves and others. These Graces and their Gifts are hardwired into all of us.

Learn the eight powerful words for both Graces and Gifts. Meditate on them. Think about them. Look up definitions for them. Write your own definitions — that’s even more telling! Now add the Fors — they’ll keep you motivated.

Now I know that sounds like yet another thing to add to your already-too-long to-do list. It isn’t. Write the words on an index card, then recite them in line at the grocery store, at a traffic light, while stirring red sauce for pasta.

You’re not looking for chakra work to take over your life. You’re looking for it to undergird your life, like a program that’s always running in the background. Which is exactly what it’s already doing.

Working at the level of energy is so much more efficient than working from outside in. When you source the energetic cause behind whatever is showing up in your life, and change that, the outer form will change. No exceptions.

Once again, as part of my one-woman campaign to spread this vital information about the human energy system, I created a Compendium of information on the chakra system. You will never find it in a bookstore or online, but you can, for a donation, request a copy here.

Say the Graces, the Gifts, the Fors, and the Bys with me one more time:

Life, Passion, Power, Love, Creativity, Intuition, Abundance, and Compassion

Belonging, Exuberance, Commitment, Connection, Wonder, Guidance, Generosity, and Kindness

Health, Wealth, Livelihood, Intimacy, Imagination, Purpose, Growth, Vision

Embodying, Investing, Progressing, Engaging, Expressing, Exploring, Trusting, Serving

Blessèd week.
