Chakra In-Betweens: Yellow>YellowGreen>Green

I’ve been working with the chakra system for more than forty years, and I assure you that the most important thing about the chakras is that they are a system. They’re meant to work together as a system.

One of the major areas of differing chakra theories, once we’ve divided and conquered them, so to speak, is what happens between each chakra.

Remember the color list? Here it is again:

So today we address Yellow>YellowGreen>Green. The Third Yellow Solar Chakra; its Grace is Power. The principle “negative” emotion connected here is Shame.

The next chakra is the Fourth Green Heart Chakra. Its Grace is Love. The principle “negative” emotion connected here is Sorrow.

Let’s use the Polarity Principle to put some connections in place, shall we?

The opposite of Power is Impotence. The opposite of Love is Hate.

Embracing the Grace of Power instantly lifts us away from Impotence itself, but not from the Shame of Impotence. The opposite of Shame is Pride.

Facing our Shame around Power with Pride lifts us into the Grace of Love.

The opposite of Love is Hate. The opposite of Sorrow is Joy.

Embracing the Grace of Love instantly lifts us away from Sorrow, but not from Sorrow over Pride.

Facing our Sorrow over Pride lifts us into the next chakra grace.

The process of dealing with our Shame over Impotence happens between the Third Yellow Solar Chakra and the Fourth Green Heart Chakra in YellowGreen.
