Chakra Healing & Affirmations: The Wise Whys

Remember that the eight major chakras comprise a system, and it’s the chakra system that’s vital, not just each individual component of it. Here is another way to use affirmations to keep your energy bright.

I call it The Wise Whys.

A quick word about affirmations. As you know, an affirmation is a deliberate, positive thought that produces a desired result. They’re also a secret antidote to the negativity that surrounds us, and the negativity that is stored within us.

The secret to powerful affirmations is to choose one that provokes strong emotion in you. Even if you and I were working toward the exact same goal in life, we would need differing affirmations because of the individual wiring of our chakra systems.

An easier way to by-pass your conscious mind, rather than to use statements, is to frame your affirmations as questions.

Before we get to some examples, here’s the caveat I wrote in my Chakra Compendium. Available for a donation here.

N.B. Affirmations are wondrous, I would not argue that, but … they can be limited — mostly because we have, as a species, worked so hard to learn to overcome our minds with our brains, that we can override affirmations with the flick of an eyelash, and not even know that we’re doing it!

So, whilst I use affirmations often, I have studied myriad other ways to work with the subconscious mind — which will always always always override the conscious brain. Did I say always? — so as to prevent that override.

Here are some Wise Whys for First Red Root through Fourth Green Heart Chakras:

Why am I so healthy all the time?

Why do my passions blossom so easily?

Why do I go from success to success?

Why is my relationship so fulfilling?

How do I use these? you’re asking. And more importantly, why do they work?

They work because your subconscious mind is designed to seek answers to questions.

Usually, the questions themselves pull me toward happy — which is part of the point to life here — but the other thing is that when you ask your mind a question like this, in particular a “why” questions, your mind begins instantly to search for an answer, because your mind (unlike your brain) doesn’t know it hasn’t happened yet.

I find it’s best to start with one and stick within it till you feel that inner ping which says you’ve embodied it, and then choose the next one. This method will bring up absolutely everything within you that disagrees with the premise which gives you the chance to release old patterns, and go forward into new successes.

Because we all have our own healing goals, respecting our own means that be would do well to respect the healing goals of others. And that we must want for everyone what we want for ourselves. If I begrudge you having what I want, then I can’t have it either.

It’s because we’re all energetically connected.

Blessèd week.
