As The World Turns: Rose, Again
The chakra system, aka the human energy system, has so many correlations that I’ve spent a lifetime amassing and thinking through which make sense to me. One of the ideas that makes the most sense to me is that chakras are awakened at certain times of your life.
Today, we’ll focus on the Eighth Rose Thymus Chakra, the one that lives outside your body in front of the center of your sternum.
Its basic purpose is to learn of and own Impersonal Love.
Its keyword is Eternity.
Its primary verb is I Am.
It gives you the right to … Serve.
Given just those minor correspondences in the list above, does it not make complete sense that the Eighth Chakra develops most between the ages of 50 and 56?
And we revisit that Eighth Rose Thymus Chakra between the ages of 107–113! And before you dismiss this notion, or worse, scoff at its impossibility, these ages are coming to be quite quickly in our world these days … just sayin’.
For the 50–56 age group, that’s what anyone new to incarnation is doing during those years? Learning to navigate their own Immunity, and most especially how to do so from the inside-out rather than the reverse. How to identify what Impersonal Love is for you. How to identify your serving. How to know from within just enough and not too much. . How not to know in any given circumstance. How to interpret a need for Immunity when it arises. How to communicate your Impersonal Love, and stay Compassionate. How to receive that same kind of love from others. How to … know your inherent emotional, mental, and spiritual immunity from within and bring that into form in the world. In fact, those eighth seven years could be considered a crash course in Compassion 101.
But what about the Eighth Chakra Return, if you will? What are we revisiting then? Think, Beloved. By the time of this recycle, aren’t you examining the basic conclusions you made about compassion at that younger age? Aren’t you looking back and looking forward, wondering the Compassion and Impersonal Love meant to you at this point?
How well and how safely these aspects of the self develop affect the entire experience of the rest of your life whether you’re 50–56 of 107–113!
If you know you have immunity issues and a hard time with compassionate service — things you learned that you’d like to unlearn, or things you never learned that you’d like to learn — one of the easiest ways to do that is to spend some quiet time just looking deeply at the image in this post.
That saturated rose can help to fill in any gaps and remove any inaccuracies. Even better … all the while bypassing the stories you tell yourself and others about why. The color is energy, and it will change your energy.
One of the most important things about the chakras, if not the most important, is that they are meant to work together, all together. All the time.
Here is where chakras come from: When a being incarnates, there is a burst of brilliant light. I’d call that The Divine Spark. It animates all your systems. If you’ll view that burst of light, that Divine Spark, through a prism, you will see the eight major chakras.
Next time you’re struggling in a situation where your intuition or your vision feels threatened, note your behaviors, be kind to your inner 50–56-year-old, wear rose, and meditate on the image. See if that doesn’t help you toward inner peace.
Next week, we’ll start a new cycle with how each chakra encodes Time. Blessèd weekend.
